DELIVERY
Our aim is to dispatch your parcel within 2 working days, but please be aware that at busy times, usually around Christmas, this may take a little longer. You will always be notified that your purchase is on the way. We generally use Royal Mail to dispatch our parcels although a courier may sometimes be used if your parcel is bulky. If a trackable service has been used, we will provide you with the tracking number and the website address of the company used.
Your purchases may arrive in more than 1 package.
To calculate the postage cost, simply add an item to your shopping basket, the price of shipping is automatically charged. As a rough guide, a greetings card will cost 99p to post in the UK.
We try to re-use packaging whenever possible and ask that if you are unable to re-use any packaging that you dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.
UK Customers
1st class post is used, charged by weight with a maximum charge of £3.75. Orders over £30 are post free.

Delivery is charged per kilogram of weight - Europe £10 per kilo, Everywhere else £13.50 per kilo
Delivery is via airmail.
RETURNS
If you need to return an item to us, then please contact us first. We may be able to help without the need for the item to be returned.
Please return the item to us in the condition in which it arrived.
If your item has arrived damaged - If you can, please supply us with digital photographic evidence of the damage via email or return the item to us. We will happily replace or refund the full purchase price and postage for the item via the original payment method and pay for your return postage if we want the item back.
If you've simply changed your mind - you may return the item to us in the condition in which it was originally sent, i.e. with the packaging/gift box and we will refund the full purchase price and original postage less a 10% handling charge once we have examined the returned item and are satisfied of it's condition. Refunds are made via the original payment method. We cannot refund return postage in this instance.
